These terms apply to your use of autofactsheet.com (the "website"). By using the website, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About us

The website is operated by J.S. Kennard, trading as autoFactsheet, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at info@autofactsheet.com.

We intend to transfer the business to a limited company. If we do, these terms will be updated and the company will take over our rights and obligations under them.

2. Who the website is for

The website is intended for businesses, in particular fund managers, management companies, ETF issuers and other financial services firms. It is not intended for retail investors or consumers.

3. Important disclaimer

Not investment advice. autoFactsheet provides document production and related software services. We do not provide investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice, and nothing on the website is a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any investment. We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other financial regulator, and we do not need to be for the services we provide.

Sample documents are fictitious. The sample factsheets, Key Information Documents and other examples on the website are for illustration only. The funds, products, issuers, service providers, identifiers and figures in them are fictitious. They do not describe any real investment product and must not be relied on for any purpose.

General information only. Content on the website, including descriptions of regulation, is general information. It may not be complete or up to date and is not a substitute for professional advice.

4. Our services

The website describes our services but is not an offer capable of acceptance. Any services we provide, including pilots and sample factsheets, are governed by a separate written agreement or terms of engagement between us and the client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

We may suspend or withdraw the website, or change its content, at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including the autoFactsheet name, logo, text, designs, templates and sample documents, belong to us or our licensors. You may view the website and download the sample documents for your own internal evaluation of our services. You may not otherwise copy, adapt, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

7. Information you send us

If you send us information or data, for example to request a sample factsheet, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us for that purpose. We will treat it as confidential and use it only to respond to you and prepare what you asked for. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

8. Links to other websites

Where the website links to other sites, the links are for information only. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content.

9. Our liability

We provide the website and its content free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and conditions about the website and its content.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its content, including loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
