autoFactsheet produces automated, compliant fund factsheets and FCA CCI product summaries for fund managers, ETF issuers, management companies and index providers in the UK, Europe and worldwide. Every figure is calculated from the fund's own data, checked before release and laid out in the client's branding.

What we do

• Monthly factsheets for UCITS ETFs, actively managed funds, indices and crypto ETPs, in the client's colours, fonts and logo.
• CCI product summaries under the FCA's new Consumer Composite Investments rules, with a rule-by-rule checklist for the compliance file.
• KID and EMT cross-checks: the risk indicator, costs, holding period and identifiers are compared with the client's KID or EMT before each release.
• Accessible PDFs built to the PDF/UA standard, with chart descriptions for screen-reader users.
• Machine-readable data: each PDF carries its key facts and figures as an attached data file for platforms and distributors.
• Other languages on request, from the same data, so every version agrees.

How we work

Clients, or their fund administrators, send the month's data. Our engine checks every field, calculates performance, risk and cost figures, cross-checks them against the KID or EMT, and produces print-ready PDFs with a run report showing exactly what was checked. Nothing is typed into the document by hand, and the documents themselves are produced by fixed, tested code rather than AI. Client data is processed on our own encrypted, access-controlled equipment.
